A few years ago, I faced a serious health issue that served as a major wake-up call. I was overweight, my metabolic markers were concerning, and I realized I needed to make significant changes if I wanted to live a long, healthy life.
That crisis sent me down a path of intensive research into metabolic health, insulin resistance, cardiovascular health, and evidence-based weight loss strategies.
What I Learned
Through years of research and personal application, I discovered that most mainstream weight loss advice misses the most important factor: insulin.
