My story

From two stents to metabolic clarity

In 2019, I had a cardiac event. Two stents, serious arterial blockage, and a stark choice: ignore it, or understand it.

I wasn't a doctor. I was a logistics manager with a full-time job and no medical background. But my health depended on figuring this out.

What I discovered is that weight gain, fatigue, and poor blood markers aren't really about willpower or eating less.

They're about insulin — the hormone quietly running the show behind the scenes.

Over six years I ran fasting protocols, tracked my key health markers, and rebuilt my metabolic health from the ground up. My GP still monitors my results.
